Every calculation the product performs (runway, dates, dependencies, hiring impact) is arithmetic, and free on every tier including Free. AI runs only on a paid Core or Active subscription, from credits your plan includes or that you buy. Free and the trial come with no credits. A full market workup is a competitor scan, a market demand scan, a pricing proposal and a launch plan, run as a set. ## Credit packs Top up Core or Active any time. Purchased credits expire after three months. Credits included with a paid plan arrive each billing month. Extra seats are $5/user/month, capped at $25/month, and there is no hard team-size limit. Investor and viewer seats are never billable on any tier, so sharing with an investor costs nothing. ## Changing your mind Cancel from your billing settings without emailing anyone.
